£28k per annum plus performance related bonus

Full-time, 37.5hours per week, based onsite

09:00-17:00 Monday – Friday

 

The Unicorn Group is a dynamic manufacturing business based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. There are four companies within Unicorn Group operating across different industries and we supply a diverse range of products to global markets.

 

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a proactive, target driven and personable Inside Sales Executive to join our existing sales and marketing team within Unicorn Flooring, a Unicorn Group company specialising in high-quality PVC flooring solutions. 

This is a target-driven role focused on responding to direct inbound sales enquiries, following up on leads and managing sales-related tasks at various stages of the sales process, using our CRM system, HubSpot. You’ll play a key role in converting interest into sales, supporting our Business Development Manager and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout.

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up on leads and sales tasks assigned through HubSpot, ensuring timely and effective communication and execution of tasks
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to identify needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and other messaging platforms (What’s App/FB messenger) with professionalism and speed
  • Provide basic product information and resolve queries or escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
  • Support other ad hoc administrative duties as required

 

 LEVEL OF QULAIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential

  • At least 1 years’ experience in an inside sales/telesales role, with a strong track record of handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and customer engagement

Desirable

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot would be beneficial however full training will be provided
  • French language skills – spoken and written – would be an advantage
  •  Experience working with product-based businesses or in B2B sales

  • Confident communicator with a friendly, persuasive telephone manner
  • Comfortable working towards targets or KPIs
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A team player with a proactive and positive approach to work

  • 33 days annual leave increasing to 35 days after completion of 2 years’ service.
