THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a proactive, target driven and personable Inside Sales Executive to join our existing sales and marketing team within Unicorn Flooring, a Unicorn Group company specialising in high-quality PVC flooring solutions.


This is a target-driven role focused on identifying and converting new business opportunities alongside managing inbound enquiries and following up on leads at various stages of the sales process, using our CRM system, HubSpot. You’ll play a key role in converting interest into sales, supporting our Business Development Manager and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout.

Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager (SHEQ)

Attractive Salary, negotiable depending on experience

THE ROLE

The post holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health, safety, environment, and quality policies in compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001). This includes managing the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensuring ongoing compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and MHRA requirements, monitoring changes in EU/UK legislation and standards to keep technical files and procedures up to date, overseeing calibration activities, and leading problem-solving initiatives to support the Group's wider health, safety, environmental, and quality goals.

Process Technician

FT – 40 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 21:00-07:00

4 x 10-hour shifts, nights

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the methods, systems, and equipment used to convert raw materials into final products in our injection moulding facility. You will bring proven, hands-on experience of running and troubleshooting injection moulding machines within a manufacturing environment and will ensure the smooth operation of the production facility by independently resolving equipment issues and optimising production processes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supplying all necessary materials and components to various work areas within the factory, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted production. The current requirement is for the night shift pattern outlined above; however, there is a requirement to be flexible across all shift patterns in order to meet business needs.

Material Handler

FT – 40 hours per week, Evening Shift 15:00-01:00, Mon-Thurs

Rate of pay: £14.49 per hour (evening shift)

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our team on the evening shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing all materials and components to each of the cells and work areas within the factory, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the production process.

You will bring proven, hands-on experience of material handling within a manufacturing environment, with a good understanding of stock control, production processes and the physical demands of the role.

Our current shift requirement is evening shift however flexibility will be required across all shift patterns in order to ensure business needs are met.

HR Officer (Part Time)

THE ROLE

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Officer will provide hands‑on, generalist HR administration and support across the business. This is a varied, practical role covering the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on day‑to‑day HR processes, administration and employee and management support. The role will also involve providing routine HR guidance in line with Northern Ireland employment law and existing company policies and procedures, with support from the HR Director as required. The successful candidate will work closely with employees and managers on day‑to‑day HR matters, ensure HR records and processes are maintained accurately, and support the smooth running of HR activities. As part of a small and agile business, the HR Officer will be expected to take a flexible, practical approach and work independently when required.

We’re seeking a highly motivated, target driven and results-focused Account Development Manager to join our sales team within Unicorn Hygienics, a Unicorn Group company specialising in high-quality washroom products and vending machines. 

This is a high-volume outbound role at the heart of our Hygienics sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. You will own and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calling, cross-selling, and upselling. New accounts brought onboard by our New Business Development Managers will also become part of your developing portfolio.
